We had a wonderful romantic escape in this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, complete with a cozy sofa where we spent quality time together. The location was perfect - close to the tourist attractions and public transportation. We also appreciated the friendly and efficient staff that made us feel welcome. In addition to that, the included breakfast was delicious and offered various options to suit different tastes.
On the other hand, the hotel had a lack of guest facilities. Unfortunately, there was no WiFi available during our stay, and the restaurant was closed on some of the nights, which was a bit disappointing. However, this didn't ruin our stay entirely as we found great options for dining nearby. we would recommend this hotel for couples looking for a cozy and comfortable place to stay in the heart of the city.

The hotel is conveniently located near the local tram system, tourist attractions, and the bus terminal. the rooms are modern, clean, and of good size. Staff is helpful, and the price is reasonable for the comfort. Some rooms have a nice view and the proximity to food outlets and interesting shops is a plus.
Some members of staff are not very fluent in English, which can be a bit challenging at times.
